8. Contact form terms and conditions

8.1. Mandate


  • By submitting this form, you grant FCD Huissiers de justice (F!ND), its bailiffs, agents, employees, representatives, affiliates, or partners a mandate to locate and retrieve the described vehicle.
  • In the event the vehicle is located, you authorize FCD Huissiers de justice (F!ND), its bailiffs, agents, employees, representatives, affiliates, or partners to draft an official report in accordance with Article 9 of Quebec’s Act Respecting Bailiffs, as well as Article 292 of Quebec's Code of Civil Procedure.
  • You also authorize FCD Huissiers de justice (F!ND), its bailiffs, agents, employees, representatives, affiliates, or partners to immobilize the vehicle using a Denver boot (anti-theft device) and to take any other necessary steps to maintain the vehicle in place until the police arrive.


8.2. Voluntarily provided information


By filling out this form, you consent to provide personal information that will be treated confidentially but may be shared with law enforcement, insurance companies, and other relevant parties as needed.


8.3. Non-intervention


  • FCD Huissiers de justice (F!ND), its bailiffs, agents, employees, representatives, affiliates, or partners are not responsible for towing recovered vehicles. It is the responsibility of the police, the owner, or the insurer to tow the recovered vehicle to the impound lot, dealership, or garage of their choice.
  • If the required mandate is not received, FCD Huissiers de justice (F!ND), its bailiffs, agents, employees, representatives, affiliates, or partners will take no further action regarding vehicle recovery. If the mandate is not provided, FCD Huissiers de Justice (F!ND) has no obligation to intervene or relocate the vehicle, and it will remain in its current location.


8.4. Use of logo and company name


By interacting with us, submitting a mandate for vehicle recovery, or making a payment for an invoice, you acknowledge and agree, on behalf of your company, that your company’s logo and/or name may be listed on our website. As part of this agreement, your company’s logo and name may be displayed alongside those of our other trusted partners. This inclusion aims to highlight our collaborative relationship and is an integral part of the services we offer.


8.5. Billing


By filling out this form, you agree to pay the invoice of $1,739.51 plus taxes, which will be sent to your insurance company at the end of the mandate. If your insurance company does not cover or pay this invoice, or if you do not have insurance, you will be responsible for the full payment. You may submit the invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement, if applicable. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover the amount owed.


8.6. Waiver and release


You agree to waive any claims against FCD Huissiers de justice (F!ND), its bailiffs, agents, employees, representatives, affiliates, or partners regarding the following:


  • You waive any claim related to the use of your personal information and vehicle information, including any misuse or disclosure to third parties.
  • You release FCD Huissiers de Justice (F!ND) from any liability for damage or deterioration to the vehicle during the recovery process, including immobilization or towing.
  • You acknowledge responsibility for full payment of the invoice mentioned in 8.4 if your insurer does not cover or pay the fees.
  • You agree to waive any legal action or claim related to the recovery process, including any damages or inconveniences caused.
  • You agree that no claim or action shall be brought against FCD Huissiers de Justice (F!ND) due to the absence of the required mandate.
  • By interacting with us, you agree to waive any legal action or claims related to the use of your logo and/or company name on our website.


9. Links to third-party sites


Our site may contain links to external sites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting personal information.


10. Limitation of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Release

  • Legal action related to the recovery process: You agree to waive any legal action or claims arising from damages or inconveniences caused during the recovery process.
  • Absence of required mandate: You agree that no claims or legal actions will be brought against FCD Huissiers de Justice (F!ND) due to the absence of a required mandate for the recovery process.
  • Submitted documents: You acknowledge that FCD Huissiers de Justice (F!ND) is not liable for theft, copying, or loss of documents shared via email through our addresses linked to the @findreperage.com domain or submitted on our website, whether through our active messaging system or online forms.
  • Use of logos and business names: By interacting with us, you agree to waive any claims related to the use of your logo and/or business name on our website.
  • Links to third-party sites: Our website may contain links to external sites beyond our control. We disclaim any responsibility for the security, accuracy, or legality of the content on these sites and any consequences resulting from your interactions with them.
