As bailiffs, we act as peace officers in Quebec.


We are authorized to execute arrest warrants, make legal statements of facts, use license plate recognition cameras to identify stolen vehicles, and deploy vehicle immobilization devices such as Denver boots.


These tools allow us to avoid any confrontation with offenders while ensuring the complete recovery of recovered vehicles and strengthening our collaboration with law enforcement.

Through our interventions, our team has so far contributed to over 15 arrests and the dismantling of three criminal organizations involved in vehicle theft.


We work closely with law enforcement to support surveillance operations, capture photographs, identify, and apprehend members of organized crime networks that fund drug trafficking and the sale of prohibited firearms.

We work with most Canadian insurance companies as well as those in the United States. We also work with several car rental companies, due to the many frauds and infractions associated with these vehicles.


In addition, we maintain partnerships with various dealers, who are increasingly affected by thefts occurring directly in their yards.


We actively participate in events and training such as the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators (IAATI), while contributing to the sharing of information within the groups to which we belong.


This allows us to stay at the forefront of strategies and developments in the fight against organised crime.

As members of the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec, we adhere to rigorous professional standards of security and ethics. We go above and beyond these requirements by ensuring that all of our employees undergo thorough background checks and sign confidentiality agreements to protect sensitive information.


To ensure the secure destruction of our confidential documents, we use a world-renowned company specializing in document shredding. This collaboration ensures optimum security throughout the process.


In order to fully comply with ISO 27001 standards, we have implemented strict measures. Access to electronic files is restricted to a restricted group of people, who are under constant surveillance. These files are kept offline and protected by state-of-the-art anti-piracy software, thus ensuring their confidentiality, integrity and availability.
