As bailiffs, we act as peace officers in Quebec.

We are authorized to execute arrest warrants, make legal statements of facts, use license plate recognition cameras to identify stolen vehicles, and deploy vehicle immobilization devices such as Denver boots.

These tools allow us to avoid any confrontation with offenders while ensuring the complete recovery of recovered vehicles and strengthening our collaboration with law enforcement.

Members of the Chamber of Bailiffs of Quebec, we uphold strict security and ethics standards. All employees undergo background checks, sign confidentiality agreements, and follow our data protection policy.

We comply with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 protocols, restricting data access with user IDs, passwords, and two-factor authentication. Files are encrypted, and a VPN is used for necessary internet connections, while systems remain offline for maximum security.
