This measure will strengthen our ability to protect the interests of our clients and prevent any criminal activity in our field of activity.

Our team has set up a dedicated email allowing all our partners to submit L!STEs of stolen vehicles belonging to their customers, policyholders, fleets or employees. This tool is of paramount importance to our organization, as it will allow us to integrate them with our plate recognition system. This integration will increase our operational efficiency, allowing us not only to locate more stolen vehicles, but also to inform you more quickly. This process will save you time and excessive impound storage costs, as well as costs related to the rental of courtesy vehicles.

The information required in these L!STEs will include exclusively public data in order to protect the confidentiality of the private information of the owners concerned.

We only need the make, model, year, color, VIN number, and license plate of each vehicle reported stolen.

This move will give us the mandate to act quickly to recover the vehicles concerned. We firmly believe that this initiative will be extremely beneficial in facilitating the location of stolen vehicles and in keeping you informed in real time of developments related to these incidents.

Our participation in our first official event was a real success!

List of stolen vehicles

If we have not already received them, then we would like to obtain from your company a list including only public information relating to your customers' stolen vehicles.

This information would include the make, model, year, color, identification number and license plate, and would thus give us the mandate to recover the vehicle.

This approach would be of great use to us in facilitating the identification of stolen vehicles and in informing you quickly of developments relating to these incidents.

The bailiff's report

When our team spots a vehicle, whether in a parking lot or on the public highway, we immobilize it using a Denver boot. Then, we draw up a bailiff's report on the condition of the vehicle and we take photos of the damage noted.

This document prevents some of our customers from being subjected to abusive surcharges from certain garages and sheds light on the situation regarding damage that may have occurred after the vehicle was recovered by the police.
